We keep things simple when it comes to returns, exchanges and refunds. All your questions are answered below.
You can return an item up to 30 days after receiving it.
For getting a full refund, do ensure that your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging.
To quickly process your return, include the original receipt/invoice or reference a proof of purchase like Order ID, purchase date, delivery address etc.
Original shipping charges, if applied, are non-refundable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, subject to our discretion:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition - is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please use a pre-paid traceable shipping method and also purchase shipping insurance if the product value is high. This is helpful in case the returned item is taking longer than expected to reach us
We will send you an email notifying you when we receive your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment and this will show up in your next credit card billing statement.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged with the same item or exchange it for a product of similar value (for sold out items).
Please contact us and we’ll arrange for a replacement order to be sent - along with instructions on how best to proceed with the item already with you.
