1. About Us

 

  • When did you start?   We started in the month of May, 2013. Learn all about us here.
  • Where are you based?  We are located in the city of Pune, in India. Our Design office is based in Pondicherry, in south India.
  • Who are the founders?  Manifest Design was set up by siblings Manreet and Samraat Deol. They bring a combined work experience of 25 years to the table. You can learn more about them here.

2. Shipping

 

  • Where all do you ship to?   We ship all over India and the World. All order are sent via FedEx
  • Where are the orders shipped from?  Currently, all shipments are sent out from our facility in Pune, India.
  • How long do shipments take to reach their destination?   Orders within India take 2-3 working days (except remote areas).  International shipments take between 3-5 working days.
  • How long does it take to process and ship an order?  We ship out all orders within 24 hours of being received. We stay closed on Sundays and National Holidays, so orders received on those days are dispatched on the next working day.
  • Shipping charges?  Shipping throughout India is Free. For International orders, we charge a flat USD 30 for world wide deliveries (and if order value exceeds USD 175, shipping is Free.) Click here for complete details.
  • Can 'in-transit' shipments be tracked?  Yes, we offer 100% tracking on all shipments - Domestic and International. The tracking ID and shipper details are emailed to you as soon as the order is shipped. In case you are unable to trace your shipment, contact us via email.

3. Returns

 

  • Do you accept returns? Yes, we do. Please review our Returns page for all the details.
  • How long do I have to make a return?  Within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • What about refunds? Yes, we refund too. The returns page has that information on it as well.
  • Are return shipping costs credited? We will credit you the return shipping costs only if its approved by us in advance. For our customers located outside India, please email us before making a return.

4. Payments

 

  • What methods of payments do you accept?  We accept Visa, Mastercard and Diners Club issued credit cards from customers in India. Additionally, Indian customers can also pay via Debit Cards and NetBanking. Click here for more details.
  • All International payments (from outside India) are handled via PayPal.
  • Do you accept PayPal?  Yes, we accept PayPal. Simply select 'PayPal International Payments' on the checkout page and confirm the order. You will receive an order confirmation followed by an email invoice, open and click the "View & Pay" tab in the invoice email. You will be taken directly to the PayPal site, where you can make the payment.
  • How secure is paying on our site?  We have integrated RazorPay, a 100% secure payment gateway to process our payments. View the security features list here.
  • Why was my card declined on your site? A few credit card issuing banks require your explicit approval before allowing International transactions, else they auto-reject the charges. Do check with your bank once if your card is declined on our site and re-try the transaction (We will automatically send you an email with a re-try link)
  • Why do I see a processing charge on my card statement? Some credit card issuing banks add a small processing charge on your credit card for International purchases. Please note that this charge is not from our side.

  • How do I measure my pieces? Click here.
  • What happens if the size of the Bracelet is wrong for me? Please contact us immediately.
  • How do I clean and care for my jewelry? Click here.
  • What is the Gold Tone, Silver Tone or Espresso finish? Our Gold Tone finish is Polished Brass and Silver Tone is Polished Aluminum. Espresso is the newest addition where the base is brass with a dark antique finish.
  • Why don't all the styles come in both Gold and Silver tone finish? Based on the design, some pieces get heavy if cast in Brass ( Gold Tone finish).
  • Are your pieces plated? No, none of our pieces are plated.
