International Orders

 

1. General Shipping Information

 

  • We accept orders from all over the world.
  • All International orders are sent through FedEx only. The estimated delivery timelines for various countries are between 3-5 working days.
  • Manifest Design accepts orders for in-stock and ready to ship items only. Orders are dispatched within 24 hrs of  being placed (except Sundays and Holidays).
  • We'll send you an email containing the Order tracking ID and items included as soon as the package is shipped.
  • You can track the location of your in-transit order by clicking here
  • At this time, we don't to ship to PO Boxes, APO's and FPO's. If you use this type of address while ordering, we will contact you for an alternative address before shipping your order.

2. Shipping Charges

 

  • We charge a flat USD 30 shipping fee on orders below USD 175.
  • FREE shipping is offered on orders for USD 175 and above.

3. Packaging

 

  • We seal and pack each item in a custom hand made cardboard box or cloth pouch, which is cushioned and put inside a heavy duty shipping carton for final dispatch.

4. Customs and Local taxes

 

  • Any import tariffs and allied fees levied on the package by the destination country will be borne by the customer. International customs regulations require that we declare the value of your order directly on the package.
  • Manifest Design cannot anticipate and is not responsible for taxes applied by respective Customs departments.

5. Payment Method

 

  • All international payments are processed via PayPal. Simply select 'PayPal International Payments' on the checkout page and confirm the order. You will receive an order confirmation followed by an email invoice from PayPal.
  • Open & click the "View & Pay" tab in the invoice email. You will get re-directed to the PayPal gateway.  Review and make the payment though the Credit or Debit card of your choice.
  • On successful completion, you will receive an email invoice confirming your order.

6. Currency Conversion

 

  • All our prices are charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Your credit card issuing bank will determine the exact conversion rate that you will pay, but it will not vary much from the current conversion rates.

8. Cancelling an order

 

  • We can cancel your order if it has not been shipped. Please contact us for the same. A full refund will also be processed at the same time. 
  • However, we are unable to cancel orders that have been shipped. Kindly contact us and we will provide you with an appropriate resolution.
